The PETG Filament for 3D Printing features range of solid and transparent colors that includes black, white, grey, silver, clear, blue, green, red, and yellow. The many advantages of PETG is it’s an excellent 3D material that can be combined with other types of filaments.
It is odorless with little shrinkage rate and does not absorb water so it preserves its material quality. The filament has outstanding toughness and high impact strength with good liquidity so it flows smoothly. It has high mechanical strength, great flexibility and produces shiny glossy finish.

Product Description
The advantages of PETG material is it combines the advantages of other printing filaments into one. It’s odorless, so it’s safe and non toxic. It has little shrinkage rate and hydrophobicity, so it does not absorb moisture.
The material is sturdy, tough and has high impact strength so it doesn’t break after print. The good liquidity allows it to flow smoothly when you draw so you’re not distracted by any breakage or jamming. The good glossy finish further brings in that vibrant color to bring any creation to life.
PETG provides a slow quieter printing speed than other 3D materials. The colors provide a glossy finish under standard operation. If you can have 100% cooling coverage and drop the temperature at 5C, then you can also see a more satin-like finish. This filament string is like any other PETG plastics, but you just need to adjust your machine to get the type of finish you want.
It has similar features of other filaments like the strength and repeatability of PLA and the resilient temperature of ABS, minus the odor. Most natural PETG are safe and non-toxic.
Adjust the speeds to where you’re comfortable in using, and then divide them into half. The PETG would do great if use at slower speeds, since the more the hot end dwells in one area, the better is the adhesion and the stronger it is. Try not to push out too much of filament to prevent jamming. When you change to PETG filament from another, you’ll notice that this is stronger and flexible.
The general print settings of the extruder temp is at 230C, while the bed temp is at 75C. It has a travel speed at 150mm/s., with 1.75 mm diameter +/- .05mm. The filament is highly recommended for printing mechanical parts.
This is designed for most common 3D printers, though be sure to check spool size for compatibility. The PETG plastic is known for ease of use and high durable strength. It needs no heating bed and offers easy adhesion, stiffness, and nice glossy finish.
Spool has a built-in gauge that shows amount of material left as well as the approximate remaining length. The package includes resealable storage bag to protect the filament in between use.
PETG is a popular filament for 3D printing, known also as Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol. It offers the best features found in PLA and ABS for a successful alternative if you only have to choose one.
